When we initiated our journey in 1996-97, during a literacy campaign in Madipur, we discovered a harsh reality: many young boys and girls in this area were struggling, neither fully educated nor equipped with employable skills. This left them vulnerable, without proper guidance or opportunities to succeed in life. The educational landscape in the Madipur JJ Colony, Slum Flats, and Janta Flats was dire, and it became evident that urgent action was required to address these gaps.
While we move into the cyber age, many young individuals remain trapped in a world without the education or training necessary to participate in the evolving economy. This is where our mission begins—empowering the youth through vocational education that aligns with the demands of a modern economy and opens doors to employment, entrepreneurship, and independence.
